It was basically just chicken, fries, and toast, and that was it. At first I was like, okay, simple enough, but it got old really fast. it started to feel a little lazy, like they were hoping nobody would question how little was actually on the plate.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about stopping in: the food was fine, nothing really wrong there, but the staff seemed annoyed with pretty much everyone who walked in. It made the whole experience feel uncomfortable, like customers were a bother. I wouldn’t rush back unless the service improves.

"Super chill spot to hang out"
Went to Raising Cane’s with a few friends it was such an easy place to hang out. The inside wasn’t trying to be fancy or anything, just clean, bright, and comfortable. The music wasn’t blasting either, which was nice because who wants to yell over chicken?? The staff was good about keeping the tables cleaned up, and we actually stayed for a bit after eating because it felt relaxed. Definitely a 5-star stop for me.

I stopped in today expecting the usual meal and paid full price, but when my order came out, the portions were small. I’ve had better experiences here before, so it was disappointing to feel like I didn’t really get what I paid for this time.

The pickup was quick and easy, like suspiciously easy. I showed up, got my order without any hassle, and was out of there before I could even start wondering what kind of secret system they’ve got running behind the scenes. Whatever it is, it worked great

"Worth It Every Time"
The prices feel fair for what you get. I usually go for the box combo and it fills me up every time, every time. The chicken always tastes fresh too. It’s not cheap cheap, but it’s worth it for sure...

I’ve never had a bad meal here. The chicken is always hot and crispy, and that Cane’s sauce is way too good. The fries are simple, but they still taste great. If anything ever feels off, I’d probably blame it on bad timing because every time I’ve gone, it’s been solid

"Good food, but the order check could’ve been better"
Overall, my order was mostly right and the food was still hot and tasted good, so I can’t complain too much. That said, they forgot one of the sauces and gave me the wrong drink, which was a little frustrating. If I’m just grabbing a quick meal, it’s not the biggest deal, but I do wish they’d double-check the bag before handing it over

"Pretty Average This Time"
The chicken seemed fresh to me right away, but I just had a feeling it wasn’t going to be as hot as I hoped, and yeah, it was a bit lukewarm. A few pieces were actually good, but one piece felt a little dry. Overall, not bad at all, just kind of average this time...

"Good food, but save your time if it’s out of the way"
I like Raising Cane’s, but the locations just aren’t convenient for me at all. The closest one is across town, and after work, that drive is more hassle than it’s worth. I even checked their website hoping there was another location nearby, but nope. The food is good when I actually make it there, but if you’re not close to one, save your time unless you really feel like dealing with the drive.

I got the wrong order from Raising Cane’s, and I was expecting a faster response from support. It took a bit to hear back, but they did eventually reply and made things right with a refund, which I appreciate. The food is usually really good, I just wish the issue had been handled a little quicker...

I ordered from Raising Cane’s, and from what I remember, the food was actually still really hot by the time I got home. The chicken tasted fresh, the fries weren’t cold, and even the toast was still warm. that’s pretty much all I was hoping for. I’ve had too many fast food orders show up lukewarm, so this one stood out in a good way. I’d definitely order again
